MOVIE NIGHT
You may have tricked us into watching, "The Notebook" or "Dear John" but now it's time for you to sacrifice a night or two. We love action movies. Anything where someone is kicking ass, something is getting blown up, someone is transforming into something, or guns are involved. We suggest, for movie night, you rent Transformers, The Transporter, Blood Sport, and/or Death Race.
SPORTS
Whatever sport he is into - GET TICKETS! There is a good chance he is a fan of whatever town/city you live in. Call him at work and let him know you scored tickets to a (insert his favorite team here) game and he will never forget that moment. Afterwards - take him to his favorite eatery and have a good time. You can't go wrong with that. Promise.
GOLF
Dedicate a couple of weeks taking Golf lessons on your own and surprise him by reserving the course for you and him to play a round. If he's a great guy, he will return the favor.
SPORTS BAR
Throw on some jeans and a t-shirt and go play some pool while scarfing down a few beers and buffalo wings. It gives you a chance to become competitive and have a night full of laughs. Sports, great food, beer, music, and his girlfriend all in one night? He would think he died and went to heaven.
